Home ownership and condominium living is an exciting and rewarding experience. We are proud of our building and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
This website is our primary source of communication and information. The secure portion of the website, accessible by individual Resident login/password, is the primary communication tool between Residents, Management and the Board of Directors. All Residents are encouraged to register immediately in order to access important information and enable us to communicate with you effectively.
We appreciate you may have questions about your new home, and condominium living. Within a few days of moving in, a “Welcome Package” will be available for pick-up at the Security desk. This is intended to give you a brief synopsis of what condominium living entails, and not to replace any legal documentation that is in force. Please take the time to read the Condominium Rules, as well as your Declaration documents and By-laws. These documents would have been provided to you on purchase, or by your Landlord if you are renting your Unit, and are also available in the Library on the website.
The “360 Pearl Resident Information Manual” is available for reference and download from the Library on our website. The Library also contains a wealth of information that is updated regularly.
We are all proud of our community here at 360 Pearl, and it is important that everyone participates in keeping our building safe and well managed. This care and attention by our Residents help to maintain the investment value of individual units, and in retaining the value and reputation of our building overall.
